Redesigned header with windowed envelope compatible address

Your new Invoice layout

Detailed Breakdown

Header

The redesigned header section is clear and concise. It includes a universal windowed envelope compatible address section. Support for a logo or banner image is retained and the garage information can be turned off if you are using your own headed paper.

Invoice time

The time is now included with the invoice date.

Customer contact details (optional)

You can opt to include customer phone numbers and and email address on the print to make it easy to contact your customer or confirm you have all their details when handing them their invoice.

Vehicle section

Vehicle information is given greater priority on the print.

Symptoms & DTCs (optional)

You asked if symptoms and DTC fault codes could be included on the invoice as well as estimate to help your customer understand why the work was needed and justify any diagnostic charges.

Job Groups

Each job is grouped on the print with its own sub total. As well as any labour and parts the job group can now include any symptoms, fault codes and work descriptions associated with it.  While you can still use document level notes if you want to, having them associated with the specific job helps your customer understand their estimate or invoice.

Part description

Because the part description is more meaningful to your customer that the part number itself, this now appears first to give it greater prominence. The part number can be optionally shown or hidden.

Totals

You asked us to help your customers understand what they owed.  So the new totals section is clearer and includes separate subtotals for parts, labour and consumables.  A VAT breakdown summary has also been added.

Payments and deposits section (optional)

This section appears automatically if there are any payments or deposits associated with the invoice.  It includes all payment references and a balance due showing what is outstanding.

Bar Code (optional)

Print the invoice number as a bar code so you or your corporate customers can scan or import documents

Keep Parts (optional)

A new area for your customer to selected whether or not they want to keep their replaced parts.
